BCTI Is An Authorized Prometric Testing Center: Site Code: TN9
BCTI's Authorized Prometric Testing Center is open to the public and offers a comfortable testing environment. Serving the region since 1995, BCTI is the only Prometric Testing Center within a 60 mile radius.
How to Register for Certification Exams
- To schedule a test, call BCTI at (423) 283-0543 and ask to speak to one of our Test Administrators. Or you may visit securereg3.prometric.com to schedule an exam online. If you chose to schedule online, be sure to use site code TN9 to choose our location.
- Provide the name of the exam you wish to take.
- Provide the date and time you would like to take your exam.
BCTI Testing Center Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 to 5pm, excluding holidays.
- Provide your credit card number and expiration date.
If you wish to reschedule, you must call Prometric or BCTI at least 24 hours in advance. Changes in exam times must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or the exam fee will be forfeited.
