Ken Clifton has been an Account Executive with BCTI for over twelve years focusing on business solutions including virtualization, storage, and unified communications. Prior to joining BCTI, Ken worked in the telecommunications industry specializing in voice and data solutions, including carrier circuits. Holding certifications from Cisco, HP, VMware, Veeam and an authorized indirect agent for Sprint\/CenturyLink, Ken is committed to delivering the right technology solutions and excellent service to his customers.
Born in Cleveland, OH, Ken moved to East Tennessee at a young age where he met his wife, Kathy; and they raised their family of four boys. Ken is very active in the community and involved with youth programs at his church and with community organizations including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Cyndee Purdy-Godsey came to BCTI in the summer of 2015 with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry working for an international solution provider with over annual $900 million in annual sales. Cyndee’s experience in delivering unified communications and collaboration solutions to regional and national accounts was a natural fit for BCTI. Cyndee holds a Cisco Next Generation Firewall AE Certification and continues to pursue further certifications. As an Account Executive, Cyndee works with public and private accounts to solve business needs. Cyndee, a native of the Tri-Cities, attributes her sales success to building relationships and helping her clients achieve maximum results in their constantly evolving environments.
Amanda serves as an Account Executive with BCTI with a vertical focus on healthcare IT business initiatives. Since starting with BCTI in 2007, Amanda has been instrumental in the success of BCTI’s Healthcare IT department and is a trusted advisor to many Practice Administrators, IT Directors, and CIOs for medical practices and hospitals throughout Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. She has been on several BCTI teams that have implemented Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, installed infrastructure network and server upgrades, and provided Cisco VoIP phone system solutions. Amanda is consistently one of BCTI’s top Account Executives.
Amanda Hyatt Hall is a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities and currently lives with her husband, cat, and dog in the Kingsport area.
Lenore Kinnick is a Detroit, Michigan native who moved to the Tri-Cities area in 1980. She owned and managed Lenore’s Boutique and Cosmetics for 14 years before transferring into the telecommunications sales market. Lenore was owner of Sunshine Wireless as an Indirect for SunCom Wireless franchise in the Southeast for ten years. She managed the business-to-business and indirect sales channel in the Tri- Cities, Virginia, and North Carolina markets, where she achieved various quarterly performance awards. Lenore strives to obtain both high customer satisfaction and excellent customer service in all business transactions.
Lenore started working for BCTI as an Account Executive in August 2013. She has been a quick study for the IT services and solutions that BCTI provides. Lenore is very enthusiastic about her customers. She also functions as the Marketing Manager for BCTI and has been instrumental in providing marketing through organizing Lunch and Learns for our customers.
In her free time, Lenore enjoys reading and is an enthusiast in Holistic Health and Wellness.
Joanne Tillman has been with BCTI for over ten years as an Account Executive focusing on instructor-led training solutions. She strives to discover the proper and relevant training for people of all skill levels: from entry-level office workers to IT professionals. Joanne came to BCTI with a background of providing business connectivity and productivity solutions to organizations throughout the Tri-State region. Joanne works closely with all BCTI’s Account Executives and customers to help organizations gain maximum return on their technology training investment.
Joanne also serves as BCTI’s Community Outreach Coordinator where she is a liaison for BCTI’s year round community service efforts. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys spending time with family, reading, yoga, oil painting and sketching, walking and serving in the community including the Johnson City Boys Club, Boys to Men, The Junior League of Johnson City, The Johnson City Symphony Guild, and as a Stephen Minister at Grace Fellowship Church.
