Chase Boles is President and CEO of Bailey Computing Technologies, Inc. (BCTI). Under his leadership, BCTI evolved from a local computer-training center into the leading provider of professional IT services and solutions in the four-state region. As the driving force behind many of BCTI’s complementary revenue streams and strategic initiatives, Chase has been the visionary and catalyst responsible for growing BCTI into a multimillion-dollar business, supporting thousands of users and IP endpoints.
Chase began his career teaching computer classes in the mid 1980’s and started deploying and supporting local and wide area networks soon afterward. While teaching Novel, Microsoft, and Cisco technical classes and designing hundreds networks in the 1990’s and early 2000s, Chase earned over 40 professional networking certifications.
As CEO of BCTI, Chase has formed strategic partnerships with the industry’s leading technology companies. He also developed a team of professional network engineers who possess several hundred industry-recognized certifications and deployed unified voice and data networks spanning North America to connect multiple countries and thousands of users. Under Chase’s direction, BCTI has received prominent recognition including: HP Gold Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner, VMware Enterprise Partner, Cisco and Microsoft authorized technical education centers, Ingram Micro’s Top Sales Growth Partner in U.S., the #1 Cisco Plus Elite Partner in Tennessee and #6 Cisco Plus Elite Partner in the United States.
Chase and his wife, Carol, are both natives of Northeast Tennessee where their family continues to live and serve the region. JoEllen (Jo) Brophy serves as the Controller and Human Resource Manager at BCTI. Jo joined the BCTI team in 2019.
Will Conner – Technical Service Manager
Will Conner is the Technical Services and Project Manager. After a previous tenure with BCTI, Will rejoined the team December 2021.
