Chase Boles is President and CEO of Bailey Computing Technologies, Inc. (BCTI). Under his leadership, BCTI evolved from a local computer-training center into the leading provider of professional IT services and solutions in the four-state region. As the driving force behind many of BCTI’s complementary revenue streams and strategic initiatives, Chase has been the visionary and catalyst responsible for growing BCTI into a multimillion-dollar business, supporting thousands of users and IP endpoints.
Chase began his career teaching computer classes in the mid 1980’s and started deploying and supporting local and wide area networks soon afterward. While teaching Novel, Microsoft, and Cisco technical classes and designing hundreds networks in the 1990’s and early 2000s, Chase earned over 40 professional networking certifications.
As CEO of BCTI, Chase has formed strategic partnerships with the industry’s leading technology companies. He also developed a team of professional network engineers who possess several hundred industry-recognized certifications and deployed unified voice and data networks spanning North America to connect multiple countries and thousands of users. Under Chase’s direction, BCTI has received prominent recognition including: HP Gold Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner, VMware Enterprise Partner, Cisco and Microsoft authorized technical education centers, Ingram Micro’s Top Sales Growth Partner in U.S., the #1 Cisco Plus Elite Partner in Tennessee and #6 Cisco Plus Elite Partner in the United States.
Chase and his wife, Carol, are both natives of Northeast Tennessee where their family continues to live and serve the region. Kellie W. Barrett leads Bailey Computing Technologies, Inc. Financial Division as the Controller and Human Resource Manager, providing the team with superior leadership during critical transition phases, including hiring professional and technical staff, implementing forecasting models, managing capital needs and banking relationships, and installing effective management information systems.
With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, Kellie has been responsible for managing multi-million dollar budgets. She has experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, insurance administration, accounting and controls. Her previous experience in commercial banking has brought an additional value in managing the financial analytics of the company and also in contribution to the sales team regarding forecasting initiatives. Kellie is currently managing the implementation of a new company HRIS and implemented a new Financial Analytical System in 2015.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Northeast TN SHRM Chapter, and the National Association of Professional Women.
Jeanne Zucker is Education Manager at BCTI. She is a native of Knoxville, TN and relocated to Johnson City from Jacksonville, FL in 2007. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University and a Masters of Business Administration from Troy University (Montgomery, AL). After twelve years working in the Information Technology industry as a system analyst and database consultant, she ventured into the training and education arena. She has been in corporate training since 1993. Jeanne earned her Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) in 2011. She approaches all training classes with enthusiasm and passion and is dedicated to ensuring BCTI delivers quality training for all customers. One of her favorite teaching experiences was the opportunity to live and teach at Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand for a year.
Jeanne and her husband, Ron, love to travel; and on most weekends, they are out exploring and photographing the beautiful Tri-State area.
