BCTI Hires New Recruiter and HR Representative Amanda Hall

Gray, TN – Bailey Computing Technologies, Inc. (BCTI), Eastern Tennessee’s premier provider of IT business solutions, is growing as it pursues new business avenues. As part of the expansion strategy, which includes increasing BCTI staff by over 20% in 2008, BCTI has hired several new employees over the past few months including Amanda Hall, Recruiter and HR Representative.
Amanda is leading the recruiting efforts for technical and administrative staff. She is focused on finding qualified candidates to help BCTI’s continued growth and is determined to make the best matches and hiring decisions possible to ensure BCTI’s high standards, both technically and professionally, are maintained. “Amanda’s assistance to BCTI is invaluable. As a growing company, we need her help to ensure we find the right employees and ensure our current employees have the support they need. Amanda provides a lot of that support,” stated Frances Sams, the Human Resources Director at BCTI.
