  • Training Credits are transferable and may be used toward payment for any BCTI class. Training Credits not used within one year are forfeited.

  • Students should bring any courseware received in the original call when repeating the course. Replacement copies of courseware may be purchased, when available, for an additional charge.

Application Classes

You may cancel your registration more than ten (10) business days before the first day of class without charge. If you cancel or reschedule 10 business days or less before the first day of class (late cancellation), you will be charged for the class you were originally scheduled to attend. You may attend a future session within 6 months of the originally cancelled class at no additional charge on a “space available” basis.

Most Technical Classes (CompTIA, Microsoft)

You may cancel your registration more than ten (10) business days before the first day of class without charge. If you cancel or reschedule 10 business days or less before the first day of class (late cancellation), you will be charged for the class you were originally scheduled to attend. You may attend a future session within 6 months of the originally cancelled class at no additional charge on a “space available” basis. Lab fees may apply to some technical classes rescheduled.

Advanced Technical Classes (Cisco, Citrix, VMware, IBM)

Due to restrictions imposed by these vendors, registrations cannot be cancelled ten(10) business days or less before the start of class. Substitution policy varies with vendor and course, please contact your Account Executive.

Class Retakes (Both Application and Technical Classes)

If you attended your originally scheduled class, you may retake the same course (same revision) for up to six months. Lab access may need to be repurchased for some technical classes. Students are responsible for bringing their original courseware to class. Please ask your Account Executive for additional details.

No-Show

Failure to notify BCTI of the student’s intent to cancel will result in the company being charged in-full for the class.

Late Arrivals

Since classes are LIVE it is imperative that you be on time for the start of class. We strongly recommend that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the official class start time to get logged in and situated. Students arriving 30 minutes after the start of class will not be able to access the LIVE course and will need to reschedule. This policy is to protect the learning environment for students already seated in the class. Letting students in late would require the instructor to stop the flow of the class to assist late students getting oriented and caught up. If you know you will be more than 30 minutes late the first day of class, please contact your Account Executive as soon as possible
