BCTI’s instructors have over thirty years combined experience in the classroom and over fifty-five years combined experience in Information Technology (IT). Together, they hold over thirty-five industry recognized certifications. Our instructors bring their field experience into the classroom keeping the course relevant to current techniques. All four instructors are Microsoft Certified Trainers.
Rob Archer
Rob came to BCTI in 2012 after ten years in the IT development and database arena to fill a position of Technical Trainer and Software Developer. Rob is very passionate about learning and utilizing current software and technology. His specialties include SharePoint Server Administration and Development, SQL Server Administration and Development, PowerShell, and Business Intelligence tools.
Will Conner
Will joined BCTI in 2011 as a Systems Engineer after managing and administering networks in the restaurant industry. Will also served in the U.S. Air Force. Will has achieved multiple Microsoft Server Certifications as well as CCNA for Routing and Switching. He teaches Windows Server, Windows Operating Systems and CompTia A+, Network+ courses.
Michael Mingle
Michael accumulated twelve years IT experience before joining BCTI in 2011 with several of these years in the Health Care IT area. Michael is a Senior Systems Engineer who specializes in Microsoft Products as well as Citrix and VMware. He holds certifications in Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server along with VMware and Citrix
Jeanne Zucker
Jeanne started working with BCTI in 2010 as a Microsoft Applications Trainer. Jeanne has prior experience in system analysis and database work. She has done adjunct teaching at the university level and has been conducting Microsoft Office training since 1997. She has a Microsoft Office Specialist certification. Jeanne specializes in the desktop packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project.
